I'm Anna McMahon
A qualified psychologist, and accredited coach, who was once feeling like you are now.
From the outside it looked like I was living the dream: working abroad as an expat international teacher and traveling the world in my spare time. But on the inside I was burnt out, directionless, and constantly wondering why I felt so unfulfilled.
Finding my own path out of the fog led me to my purpose: helping others find theirs. I’m not about the wishy-washy, airy-fairy version of “wellness”. I’m about helping you regain your clarity of mind, your power, and your dream direction through personalised, evidence-based coaching sessions.

Book your free, no-strings-attached call with me: we'll explore the areas of life you want to thrive in, and how I can help you get there.
2.
The Starting Point
In your first session with me we’ll work through exercises to figure out your overall level of happiness across all aspects of your life, and find your first areas of focus.
3.
Onwards & Upwards
From there you’ll move into regular 1:1 sessions with me, creating change at your own pace. Each session we’ll deep dive into the areas you most want to make strides in, and you’ll come away with doable action steps to get you closer to your goals.
